TERM & CONDITIONS :

- All of the above rates are quoted in Rupiah and the payment have to be settle in Indonesian Rupiah
- All rates are subject to 21% tax and service charge
ELECTRICITY
Secret Garden Village provides electricity maximum 10.000 watt. Should be any requirement of electricity more than we can cover, outsourced electricity supply is a must.
PRIVATE FUNCTION
Any private function is designated solely for your event requires minimum revenue on blocking exclusively the entire property at IDR 175.000.000 nett and expenses for F&B consumption is compulsory.
SOUND CURFEW
Secret Garden Village will determine the appropriate level of sound amplification from 23:00 hours. This is in accordance with local ordinances and due to cold weather in the night. The guests are still able to extend till midnight.
VISUAL EFFECTS
Visual effects such as fireworks, phyrotech and the like will need to be informed in advance to the local community in which Secret Garden Village will initially review and assessed through legitimate vendor with proper handling and to launch firework and/or other visual effects arrangement before final approval in allowing the arrangement to be done on the event day or otherwise. Wishing lantern launch are not permitted within Secret Garden Village area due to safety reason.
BANQUET CAPACITY
Our Amphitheater venue can accommodate for up to 100 person round tables reception style.
FOOD TASTING
Menu/food tastings are only conducted a minimum of 30 days prior to wedding. Food tasting is on complimentary for 1 session for up to 4 persons. Additional food tasting session requested will be subject to the menu price. Food tasting for buffet will be limited to certain items available at buffet counter (available on weekend).
